It sounds like Scott Campbell has been elevated and I expect him to mostly continue to craft the draft board. Doug's strength is said to be evaluation of character, work ethic, the intangibles. I don't think I want Doug setting the draft board, but I don't think he will.
And I think Gruden will continue to be listened to, which is good.
So the moves are all fine, I just f'ing hate Allen. He's such a snake. Keep the picture fuzzy so that if it goes well you can claim the success as your own, and if it goes poorly then you can point the finger at others.

Allen is half weasel half snake, I've just learned to accept it becuase he's not going away anytime soon, so it appears.
I'd be interested to know what Williams, Schaffer, Campbell say about him when he's not around. I can't imagine they like him, and know he'll blame them as soon as things go wrong.
