Last year (July 15, 2016) it was reported the skins offered 16 M per w 24 M guaranteed. An offer they made 5 months prior and didnt increase. I think Cousins camp wanted 20 M per.

This year it was reported the Skins offered 20 M per and Cousins wants 24.
If the Skins made the 20 per offer and just sat on their hands this entire time like they did last year, I will want Allen's head on a pike. At least sit at the table and try to massage the numbers. Offer him 21 and add on a 5th year, then offer 22 at 4 years, etc .... but at least have some dialogue going.
This apparent incompetence is just baffling.
