Now that Jay Gruden essentially fired himself by quitting at the end of the Chargers game and then admitting it, there is no reason to hold onto Kirk Cousins. We should have a new HC soon and we probably won't be in a position to win for at least a couple more years.

Josh Norman should probably be traded to a contender for draft picks. It would be good for us and for him, too, under the circumstances.
