I did watch the video. He wasn't saying that.
He said Kirk is a very very good quarterback. Passed for 4000 yards and 29 TDs, so he's done some very good things.
But he mentioned consistency and facing some adversity.
Basically 100% right on, accurate, and honest while being careful to make just enough excuses (injuries around him) to avoid appearing like he was killing Cousins in the media.
