When Gruden says "He needs to know", it could be taken as just a matter of planning next season, Gruden needs to have this situation resolved....
But given Snyder and recently Allen's disgraceful history, I don't think they deserve the benefit of a doubt now. Like with Shanahan, Zorn, Gibbs "handling" things, Schottenheimer, etc....
