They obviously do well with their picks, but I think the better skill there is knowing when to cut your losses and move on -- they have an uncanny read on when someone's value is about to fall off. A lot of guys they let go are picked up by other teams and do very little (Cassel, Wilfork, heck, even Blount only had 766 yards a 2 TDs for the Eagles, down from 1100+ and 18 TDs last year).
