I suggest a modification to the thread title. It should read:"Redskins don't plan on third straight franchise tag for Kirk Cousins after signing Alex Smith to huge contract because franchising Cousins at this point would be absurdly risky and why are we bothering with this deep in the offseason doldrums click bait, anyhow?"
