We don't know what happened in the negotiations with Hankins. The Skins may have made him a more than fair offer within the parameters of their overall plan. Right now, Hankins may want to look around to see if he can get a better offer. There's no telling if he'll find a better offer or if the Skins might sweeten the pot a little to get the deal done. Either way, I support the FO for having a plan and working it.

Actually, I haven't lost hope we sign Hankins.
He's freshly released, we can assume his agent may have told him not to sign the first offer made and wait to see if there's a market for him.
Marketwise I like the fact that neither Poe nor Richardson signed crazy deals and Logan hasn't signed anything yet.
I still think Hankins can end up here.
