Callahan, Gruden and Bruce have been together now several years....its completely fair to expect accountability at this point. Injuries really hurt, but come on...the depth on the Oline is unacceptable, much like the play of Spencer Long and Luavou when they played last year.
The running game isn't a simple fix...its both the Oline play AND the lack of talent in the back field. The blocking at TE is an embarrassment as well...Vernon Davis shoulda been cut.
Im just looking at FA and see we done zero to address it. Im really hoping for a big draft for the Offense...we are really gonna miss that 3rd round pick this year.
