Yeah, I'm aware that even their NFL players grades aren't 100% accurate, and have no idea how much tape they watched on college players, nor if the grades are somehow influenced by the level of teams and players they played against... Which is a pretty big bias.
So it's hard to know how it will translate in the NFL, still it's good to know a team of people with good football knowledge, after spending time watching films, think our scouting department was right on point !
