I have a feeling that Gruden is going to make Josh McDaniel's time in Denver as coach seem like a brilliant move.

Never understood why people think he's some genius. He is mostly to blame for the implosion of the Tampa Bay Bucs. He's a good coach, but he doesn't need to be in charge of personnel.
