If you go by scoring offenses and defense, only the Rams seem to have both right now:
Scoring Offenses:
KC, Rams, Pats, Saints, Texans, Charges, Falcons, Indy, Bengals, and Jets.
Scoring Defenses:
Ravens, Seahawks, Redskins, Cowpukes, Titans, Rams, Carolina, Bears, Philly, and Packers.
