Don't worry, I'm sure they'll find a reason to say Cohen was acting independently. Obviously Cohen was planning on building a luxury skyscraper in Russia and was going to personally give Putin the $50 mil condo as a gift for Cohen's own interests. He's trying to pin Trump as the fall guy. Sad!
