I would suggest listening to it if you have an opportunity but gist of it is Callahan is the run game coordinator, and O'Connell is the pass game coordinator; and the tendencies of each don't match the other.
That we are losing on play action because our runs don't look like our passes.
He also lamented the reliance on the pound draw play rather than using it as a change of pace. This is the play we see week in and week out where the line soft sets and has zero leverage on the run play. You know the one, the one that ends in 2nd and 8.
