The tone was strange. He didn't hand out any awful grades but wouldn't assigned one to Sanchez, so it was bad.
Most notable he graded most players C- range, but didn't really give individual grades. He really bragged on Payne, Allen, Trent, and kind of on Ioannidis but it was almost a comment on their effort.
He took some veiled shots at the coaching staff, and in particular about the running game.
He noted how players have been missing the LB on running players all year because of not knowing their assignment or just whiffing. He said if you can't figure out who to block or get a good angle, just put a full back and lead through the hole and hit the first guy. Easy fix.
He also mentioned a running play in which Roullier was awesome on an inside zone run, (we don't run stretch zone anymore) and we should run it like that every time but that wasn't the way this coaching staff teaches it.
An interesting listen and a strange tone, softer than expected toward the players, a little harsher, but definitely veiled more toward the coaches.

Not to mention that AD ran out of the I formation behind a FB for his entire career before he got here. It's just fucking stupid for Gruden et. al. to keep doing things the same way when it's not working.
Gruden is one hard-headed MF who is more in love with his system than he is with winning football games. He cannot adjust at all and he reached his highest possible level of coaching as an OC.
