What in the world was the purpose of that press conference? We learned nothing new from Gruden except that he has no intentions to change anything as long as he is coach and he doesn't even know if he will keep his job. For what little my opinion is worth, I don't agree with any of his assessments of the players or assistant coaches, and i do not believe that anything will change if he is retained as HC.

p.s. Let's hope that Joe Gibbs or somebody else Dan Snyder respects is trying to talk some sense into his head right this moment.
