One thing about Gibbs is though he is strict and demanding, he is not a sreaming drill-seargant type. He has his ways of enforcing discipline, but he also is the master of the soft touch when needed. And he knows how to handle tempremental talent. He showed that in the NFL with Riggo and Manley, and he showed that in NASCAR. Plus, he's got Williams, Buges, etc., to play bad cop to his good cop. Player managment has always been one of Gibbs' strengths. He's goning to need it now, post-OBC and in the days of super-salaried, spoiled young millionaires.
It's hilarious to see the gints bitch and moan. When you finish 4-12, even the most faithful home-town giant meatheaded fan can recognize that you are in no position to bitch. The team is getting slammed in all the local papers. Couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of guys...
