The fact that Redskins.com is linking to it, and the fact that JP Finlay keeps pointing to an aggressive move coming, is a blatant and clear attempt by Snyder and Allen to drum up offseason intrigue to try to drive interest in ticket sales.
I think the slow ticket sales last year put them firmly back in the mode of trying to be offseason champs. If that comes in the form of trading two high picks for Rosen (it wont) then we’ll know they’ve come full circle to retard mode. If they pull off an aggressive offseason with sensible use of resources then they may actually bring back the fans and save Gruden’s job.
We’ll see which it is. They could screw the pooch in a lot of ways besides overpaying for Rosen.
