Seriously there is nothing you can do about Reed, his body can not deal with the NFL game. Colt is brittle. Moses has bad ankles. What do you do about that? Rob Jelly should not be on the team, that's on Gruden. Richardson was a bad signing cause he's 130 lbs. Part of it is stop drafting and bringing in guys that are injury prone. What the hell is a consultant going to do with guys like Reed, Richardson or Kelly?
