The Fox crew was talking about it today, the jist of it was Gruden will probably be the scapegoat but he's not the problem, the problem is Allen. According to them Snyder believes we had a great draft this year and since we have plenty of talent the problem is Gruden.

I swear to Christ if that is anything close to accurate and Bruce somehow keeps his job...
