Full control hopefully means DS has 0. The actual structure is critical. For people saying we have been here repeatedly, I would argue that we have only been here once before, when VC was fired.
Snyder has an opportunity to make a seatide change in this organization and its culture. We won't know whether he does it right until the whole scheme is put together and we see the results, BUT, I think Rivera coming in and setting the guiding focus for the organization is a good first step. It isn't walking on the moon, and it isn't staying stuck in the mud either.
