I've read it several times but here's the link I found,
per Julie Donaldson NBC Sports Washington:
"Am told Rivera would have total control and final say on Draft. Gives time to evaluate scouting staff. ALL this given unless something in meeting tomorrow goes wrong"
I'dd add it goes along with Dan saying Ron Rivera is going to be the one and only voice of the Redkins in the press conf.
Our Head Coach is gonna be the face of this franchise and I'm on board with that.
