Well we did for Kyle Allen. I don't know that Tampa's cap situation is conducive to Wiliams' contract so this may have to be entertained if a trade cannot get done. Still maintain we shy away from Howard. Again, it speaks volumes that Tampa wants to move him at 25. Brady loves tes. Almost inexplicable they would want to move a talent like Howard now.
