A mob of people are standing around recording the cops but nobody was willing to tackle the MF'er so that a life could be saved.

I told my wife on Sunday and we both agreed, that if we come across something like that, I will do what i can to save a life. If that means engaging a cop or restraining him, etc., then so be it.

People shouldn’t have to do that. A police culture that identifies these bad apples within its ranks needs to become part of the solution. It’s starts with training and instilling a system of accountability. End of story
