Objectively speaking, he does have a helmet in one of his hands as he's walking over to them. What was he doing with his phone? Who knows without audio and he hasn't made a statement yet. The whole thing is crazy. The initial cover up by police that he tripped and fell, the we were just following orders and clearing the square, to the resignation from the riot unit and now we get to the real bogeyman Antifa! The ironically proclaimed organized anarchist organization I swear it is from a Stanley Kubrick movie or could be a chapter in a modern day Catch-22 novel.
