I believe President Trump on this whole "Russians paying Taliban bounties to whack American soldiers" dilemma.
I'm guessing the intelligence community didn't put it in his daily brief in the form of a cartoon, so he skipped over it. Everybody knows he can't read, or doesn't like reading (whichever explanation you prefer).
