This. His cheerleader was the owner. It wasn't his first coaching staff, his second coaching staff, or his third coaching staff, in the span of a year no less. Most of that is his own fault for not having the work ethic to be great. But it takes an organization to help a rookie qb grow into an elite one. And having the turnover that we had makes it harder.
