I am sure Heinicke will throw a pick or two if he plays. He could have thrown two against Carolina but the defenders whiffed. But even with that, he seems (from the CY clip and some other short pieces) that he has more of the Brett Favre style picks, meaning the other team will get theirs but overall he won't let that stop him from going out and making plays. And just the energy he brought into the huddle seemed to be the spark the offense has needed all year long (no offense Alex)

Agreed except for the ending part. The most important thing is we now have a backup QB who is capable of moving the ball down the field with support from the team. I saw a clip of Young talking about Heinicke during the game last Sunday, Young said that it is obvious Heinicke paid attention during the practices. This statement alone makes me to feel better about Heinicke.
