That's not a prima donna that's a justifiably upset member of the organisation. I'm not sure about allowing your QB into such discussions, but ultimately if you tell a member of staff you want his voice in a conversation then have the conversation without inviting him, I suspect any one of us in that staff members shoes would be upset about it.

Well to be fair, That is Watson’s story. I don’t think anyone in the organization said he was promised anything. He could just be using social media to play the victim card because he wants out. Hard to know for sure. I haven’t really been following it closely.
