Hope so, but don't think so, in terms of deep center fielder. I'm not a big CFL guy, but LOT more space for DBs to cover, LOL, and I think the boundary halfback is like a slot DB close to line, but has more of a run support as well. Don't quote me on that. Does that mean bigger press CB? Not based on guys stats, he's like five foot ten or something?
But there is certainly room for a better 5th or 6th CB as well. Even if he's just a good slot corner. We have Jackson, Fuller, Juste, Moreland, and then a steep dropoff. If he is nothing more than a solid 6th CB, that is still essentially a free 5th round pick.
You factor in Reyes, the RB UDFA, Flowers, etc., it all starts to add up.
