Gotcha ! Thanks for the explanation! I did some research on the red wolf .. apparently they only live in eastern North Carolina .. not sure how that ties in with this team … wolves without the Red in the name makes more sense to me … Washington Wolves … we maybe totally surprised at what it actually ends up … I still think it could be a nod to the military or a patriotic theme…
