There are so many things wrong in that one image it boggles the mind to think that is anything close to a final answer.
A few off the top of my head:
DC FC - Dallas cowboys football club
The people's team = lame slogan
Washington DC Football Club - long name that literally excludes the rest of the DMV
The W is nothing special but it isn't awful.
