The only thing that is going to really bring the fans back is marketable core players which would include a QB. Superstar type of players. We really don't have any. A re-brand isn't going to bring anyone back, if anything this re-brand is turning off what core fans you have left.
Fans are not coming back cause you do a re-brand.

Youre right, even during the 4 game win streak our fans didnt show up to the stadium but im telling you, its anecdotal but for about 2 weekends during that 4 game win streak I saw more skins gear in Columbia MD than I have in a long time. We took over the Target and the Harris Teeter.
Just win.
Fans will start to wear their colors in public again.
Strangers will chest bump strangers.
Kids will sit on the couch and actually watch the games with their depressed beer drinking dads.
I even entertained the idea of going to a game. That hasnt happened in a long long time.
