They got in trouble because they rented a "classy" boat on Lake Minnetonka. For those of you unfamiliar with the Minneapolis area, Lake Minnetonka is the Beverly Hills of the Midwest. You can't "act out" on a "classy" boat in a rich neighborhood and expect to get away with it. They don't deserve to be prosecuted for acting in a lewd manner in public, they deserve to be prosecuted for stupidity.
