This organization through the years has used him as a pawn. They always trot him out there for PR things or to make the organization look good, but what is his role at this point? He was demoted when Ron was hired. Why? Dan could have given him the GM job many times but didn't. Instead he had Bruce Allen? Vinny Cerrato? A overrated drunk? SMH And that crap last week on Today was just awkward and sad.
As far as Wright is concerned, I'm happy when black men and women get a shot in a position of power in the NFL. However part of his job is to take the heat for the owners. I'm not buying that Jason is stupid enough to put that fucked up looking patch out there. Or those crappy uniforms. I would be willing to bet that is mostly Tayna. I doubt Dan would got that far away from the uniforms. Jason has to take the heat for that.
The over under on Jason imo is 3 years and I am taking the under. He's playing w/ snakes. And yes, Doug, Jason and Allen all tow the company line. They're all company men because that is what they get paid to do.
