And all of these people leaving Venezuela, etc., our making their countries even worse. Its sapping young men and women that should be part of a plan to grow local economies, and future young men and women. Thus making the situations even worse in their home countries, and perpetuating a cycle of even more people wanting to leave.

If the young men keep leaving Venezuela and the young women stay there I might be enticed to become an expat for a few months.
