I hate Dallas more for all the heartbreak they've caused us over the years, and I hate their fans for being bandwagon, flag waving types only during the good times.

That said, I hate Philly fans far more than Dallas fans, because just listening to a Philly fan, you'd swear they've won 4 Super Bowls. At least Dallas and Washington fans have a history to back their trash talk. With Philly fans, it's all false bravado, and when they know they don't have a leg to stand on in the debate, they resort to picking a fight. Note to Philly fans - just shut the f' up about Andy Reid, his brilliant salary cap management, and your wonderful team until you've won something.
