I'm trying not to get too excited because you could see this being a move to either a) raise cash for a stadium, b) generate cash flow to offset increased debt service costs that may have risen due to interest rate increases (he borrowed a lot to pay Fred Smith for his minority share, if that was variable rate debt he might be getting crushed right now), c) a desire to secure a partner to help him work with local politicians to get a deal over the finish line. Or a bit of all three.

At the same time, the way this was announced, and with the way they're saying we're exploring all options? It seems to say 'if we get a price we like, we'll sell.'
