Yeah it is just that he had a majority of losing seasons in Carolina and without Superman he probably would have been fired well before he was. Yes there is something to be said for blocking things out, but his time management, personnel decisions, and inability to ever be prepared for the start of a game really have nothing to do with dick head. I wouldn't lose sleep if he was replaced. But I'd be OK with him getting 1 more year. Hopefully the new-car smell can wear off on the coaches.
