They only play 2 LBs so what they need, like last year is better depth players. I think Holcomb is a bit above Barton, especially given his familiarity with the players and scheme. Barton has only really played for one season but they have him on a fully guaranteed contract so he cant/ wont be cut if he looks bad in camp or preseason
