I've been in my present position 34 yrs. I say a lot of things about my organization all of the time. Mostly disparaging.

No microphones record my every word, and I spew a lot of words!

Is it a distraction to anyone else near me, or who works with me? No!

Will I still want to retire in the near future from this organization? Yes!

Will I still talk it down to a degreee? Yes.

So what! Let's move on.

If you can't talk about who/what you work for, how they treat you, just what are you going to talk about?
