I would think any trade that was possible wouldn't have Rivera being the last clearance step. I would bet that Harris has some behind the scenes help on player evaluations, and that he would make the decision to say yes/no to any specific trade.
Blow this whole franchise up, from the HC down.
I'd keep Howell, McLaurin, Dotson, and Payne. Other than that, if its not bolted to the floor, sell if the price is right. I'd add Curl to this list too if he can be re-signed, but if not, he can be traded too.
