I believe he did, Shanahan runs the west coast offense and the draw play is a big part of that. But I know the stretch play is Denver's bread and butter, so probably not as much as in other west coast systems, but I do think it would be very condusive to his running style.

I also believe that it was a draw play that Portis scored on on opening day last season against the Buc's, and Portis was quoted as saying that Gibbs never ran that play again the rest of the year, Gibbs was asked about that statement and denied it and laughed it off basically saying Portis really doesn't know what he's talking about in a joking manor, so who know's?
