You know what is way under.500 …. His percentage of winning seasons. Had a couple years with Superman hiding his complete and utter inadequacies as a HC. Dude is an awful HC. A worse GM, and enough with he changed the culture. He changed it all right, from a bad team to an embarrassingly bad team with less talent. Ron can go scratch.
