The next bigest city without a NFL team is San Antonio, but since they just put the Texans in houston I dont see that happening. San Jose is pretty big as well and very rich. However it is close to San Fran and that would be adding 2 teams to one state. Memphis is a idea its a fast growing city in the top 20 size wise, plus it has subburbs in 2 states that don't have NFL teams. I doubt they would double up a city. Chicogo for example while the 3rd biggest city just wouldn't support anyone but the Bears. Perhaps since the Jets seem to be moving into NYC itself that New Jersey could take a team, but I dont really think a NFL team in NJ will add any more fans. There is a outside chance of a non USA city, Mexico City or somewhere in Canada.
