It really is remarkable that they have been able to do in roughly two years what Dan was never able to do in nearly a quarter century.
Even the more amazing thing, to me, is that When Harris & Co. took over, it was obvious that a full re-build and house cleaning was in order, so I don't count the single season where lame-duck Ron Rivera was HC and everyone knew he was going to be gone.
To me I really treat this as the FIRST year in a total rebuild mode -new HC, rookie QB, etc., and here they are one win away from the Superbowl, and all indications say that they are poised for multi-year success.
It really goes to show you, IMO, that it all starts at the top and if a team has shit ownership, it's all going to trickle down. Looking at you David Tepper, Jerry Jones, etc....
