Marcus Washington was named defensive player of the month for the NFC today. This is an award he truly deserves. This guy is so underrated. He also was awarded a 1st place team vote on Len P.'s ESPN team. He should have made the Pro Bowl, but it's hard to argue against Lance Briggs. I think both Washington and Marshall have been outstanding this year, and hopefully both will retire as Redskins. He's not going anywhere as long as G Dubs is running this nasty defense.
