For those that can't see the video in Internet Explorer:

Click Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced

Scroll down to the Multimedia section and check you have 'play video...' enabled.

If you do check your security settings. If it's still no good maybe try Firefox instead of IE! If you are using a MAC - get a life!
