Not 100% convinced about trading Payne, but if the price is right... Like to keep Deebo if the same holds true, but I can see him gone for a last dance somewhere else.
I don't want us to tank, but getting the #1 pick could change the whole picture dramatically. Get the right haul from trading down, and we could be looking at a whole lot of youth talent coming on board. Just not sure I'd trade out of 4th-6th if Tyson or Downs are still available though.

Who’s gonna take Payne with that deal? He’s a cut for sure
I disagree about Luvu. He’s worth keeping around going into the final year of deal.
I’m seriously done with Quan Martin, he just doesn’t look the part. I wouldn’t bring him back. Obviously Lattimore is a cut at 18.5 mill and no penalty for release.
Sheehan is right, we need at least 5 new starters on Defense and a let a new D coordinator have a say.
Who’s gone from defense the year:
Quan Martin
Bobby Wagner
Payne
Lattimore
Wise
Noah I
I’d keep around Wil Harris and Luvu both in their final year of contracts. Kinlaw and Armstrong are starters on the dline. Johnny Newton needs to stay around on rookie deal
Safety, DE, LB and Corner. DT help. Depth everywhere
