As we enter the crucial 3rd year for Jayden; we must get him the right head coach.

Why is year 3 crucial? We need to see Jayden bounce back and show us the magic he had in 24. Also, he needs to stay relatively healthy.

In the offseason of 27; Jayden can negotiate a contract extension. Also, we can pick up that 5th year option. So, how he does in 2026 will dictate that.

If he has a poor season either thru injury or poor play; then he’s not getting his option picked up. Also, probably won’t offer any extension until the following year; if he plays well. Finally, you would have to bring a qb in; to challenge him for the job.

DQ is not the head coach to move forward with. We need an offensive head coach. You can always find a good defensive coordinator.
